No building shall cover more than forty (40) percent of the lot area.
5. Lot Width:
Minimum lot width of 100 feet.
6. Height Requirements:
No building shall exceed three (3) stories or forty (40) feet in height, except as provided in Section 5.03 of these regulations.
7. Minimum Lot Size
The minimum lot size shall be 10,000 square feet.
F. Parking Space Requirements:
As regulated in Section 4.03 of these regulations.
G. Off-Street Loading and Unloading:
As regulated in Section 4.04 of these regulations.
H. Access Control:
As regulated in Section 4.01 of these regulations.
I. Landscaping and Buffer Requirements:
Landscaping, screening and buffer yard requirements of Athens City Ordinance Number 895, entitled Landscape Ordinance shall apply.
