What reviewed means here

The pilot’s figures and decisions were checked by the assistant against rendered source pages and reconciled to the stated source tables. This is a transcription and source review, not an independent audit or human editorial sign-off. Public launch requires owner review.

Financial comparisons

Citywide and fund histories use the available audited reports from FY2018 to FY2025. Department histories also draw on detailed schedules in city budget documents. Each table identifies its years, sources, and amount types; the older spending explorer uses an unaudited statistical schedule.

We preserve fund, accounting basis, fiscal year, and amount type. Original and amended budgets are plans; actual expenditures are the report’s accounting results. These are not necessarily cash payments. We never add a total to its component rows or treat successive stages of a commitment as separate spending.

Source handling

Original PDFs remain unchanged. Content hashes identify documents; citations use one-based physical PDF pages, which may differ from printed page labels. Search text may contain extraction errors and does not carry the review status of selected pilot claims.

Decisions and relationships

Motion text and recorded votes govern the decision record. We do not infer individual votes from attendance or collective outcomes. A repeated name is not sufficient to identify a person or establish a relationship.

Corrections and gaps

Unresolved links are displayed as questions. Source contradictions are recorded rather than silently harmonized. The current preview has no public submission service; record proposed corrections with the document, PDF page, disputed statement, and suggested correction for the project owner.
