What has been checked

Selected financial tables have been checked against source schedules. Calculated balance checks preserve reported amounts and flag conflicts. The collection includes annual audits from FY2017–18 through FY2024–25, but having a document does not mean every table has been extracted or verified.

Reading the figures

Actuals, estimates, and budgets describe different things. Missing values are not assumed zero. Fund balances and net position are not cash balances. Internal transfers and service charges must not be counted twice.

Some charts use the audit’s explicitly unaudited statistical schedules; their source basis is labeled. The citywide reconciliation uses the audited financial statements.

What remains unresolved

The source-exceptions register lists conflicting schedules, small printed-total differences, reporting changes, and open questions. The newly added auxiliary funds currently have FY2024–25 snapshots; complete historical series are not yet available for all funds.

Corrections

When reporting a possible error, include the page URL, fiscal year, row label, and source PDF page. Keep the original figure visible so the correction can be checked.
