13-163 Unsightly Vehicles On Private Property Restricted

It is unlawful for the owner of any real property located in the city which is zoned residential or any person or entity who is making use of the real property zoned residential in any manner to park, store, or allow to be parked or stored or kept on real property zoned residential an unsightly vehicle.
