Athens City Code

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Unsightly vehicle means any vehicle which is rusted, wrecked, junked, partially dismantled, or in such disrepair that it can no longer be used for its intended purpose.

Vehicle means any machine propelled by power other than human power, designed to travel on ground, water, or air, by use of wheels, tread, runners, slides, or motor, and to transport persons or property or pull machinery, including, but not limited to, an automobile, truck, motorized or non-motorized travel trailer of any kind, motorcycle, motor scooter, go-cart, boat, pontoon, and personal water craft.
