13-164 Exceptions

ACC 13-163 does not apply to the following:
- (1) Any vehicle when such is parked, stored, located, or kept completely enclosed in a building; or
- (2) Any vehicle temporarily parked, stored, or kept for a duration not to exceed 30 days; or
- (3) Any vehicle designed for use as a child's toy.
