Athens City Code

A violation of this chapter shall be punished by civil penalty of not more than $50.00 and costs for each separate violation. A separate violation shall occur for each day that a property owner or any person or entity making use of the real property violates this chapter, as each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate civil offense.
