ACC 13-135 does not apply to the following:

1. (1) Any vehicle when such is parked, stored, located, or kept under a roof in a lawful manner; or
2. (2) Any vehicle temporarily parked, stored, or kept for a duration not to exceed 72 hours, for example, for temporary repairs, cleaning, or guests, with the duration of time observed by an agent or employee of the city; or
3. (3) Any vehicle designed for use as a child's toy; or
4. (4) Any vehicle customarily used for farming purposes, such as a tractor, provided the vehicle is being used on a regular basis for farming purposes; or
5. (5) Real property zoned residential upon which is located a duplex, apartment building, an assisted living facility, or a lawful business which is allowed within a residential zone.
