1. (1) Every dwelling shall have heating facilities which are properly installed, are maintained in safe and good working condition and are capable of safely and adequately heating all habitable rooms and bathrooms.
2. (2) All gas-burning room heaters shall be vented to the outside air by a smoke pipe or flue. Rubber tube or armored rubber tube connections on gas heating fixtures are prohibited.
