What the records showRelated decisions, supporting records, and unanswered questions.

Other Contracts increased from $36,000 in 2023–24 to $121,350 in 2024–25. The available records identify related work but do not yet reconcile that increase.

The April 2025 packet proposed a $48,000 annual mowing and maintenance contract with Total Lawn Care, covering three cemeteries. It identifies one bidder and the incumbent provider; the procurement memorandum also quotes $65 per hour for additional services. Cemetery maintenance procurement memorandum · page 28.

Minutes included in the December 2024 packet record approval of replacement Cedar Grove fencing for a cost not to exceed $110,000. That authorization is not proof that the amount was paid or charged to this operating account. November meeting minutes in December packet · page 7.

Still unanswered: The contract ledger and invoices are needed to explain the $121,350 actual. Neither the annual mowing bid nor the fencing authorization should be treated as the missing reconciliation.

The 2022-2023 column uses the complete later FY2025-26 account schedule; the older source column is archived. Cemeteries division 503 only. Other Operating Supplies maps the later Agricultural & Horticultural Supplies and Other Repair & Maintenance Supplies (FY2022-23: 373 + 20 = 393); the grouping is supported by overlap but does not recreate older subdivisions. Cost of Gravesites remains Operations, matching the source heading. New building/grounds repairs are separately mapped. FY2022-23 Liability Insurance is 30 older/31 later; gravesites 550 older/549 later.

Amounts are shown as reported, without adjusting for inflation. A dash (“—”) means the source shows a dash or does not list a value; it does not necessarily mean zero. Related accounts are grouped for comparison, with available detail under each row.

  • Source zeros and dashes remain distinct. Subtotals are excluded. Missing historical categories remain absent; mapping confirmation does not establish unchanged operational scope.
  • FY2022-23 mapped overlap differences (older to later): Liability Insurance: 30 → 31; Cost of Gravesites: 550 → 549. These are not adjusted away.
  • FY2023-24 repeated-source comparison: 01-0503-5274: absent → —. Totals: 44,497 → 44,497. Absent rows are not assumed zero.
