9-32 Suspension By The Recorder

The permit issued to any person or organization under this chapter may be suspended by the finance department for any of the following causes:

  1. (1) Any false statement, material omission, or untrue or misleading information which is contained in or left out of the application; or
  2. (2) Any violation of this chapter.
