9-26 Exemptions

The terms of this chapter shall not apply to persons selling at wholesale to dealers. This chapter shall also not apply to newsboys, bona fide merchants who merely deliver goods in the regular course of business, or persons selling agricultural products, who, in fact, themselves produced the products being sold.
