The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Building tradesmen (hereinafter referred to as the trades) includes the following occupations: builder, home improvement contractor, electricians, plumbers, and mechanical (heat, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)) contractors, but not limited to these occupations.
