8-51 License From City To Operate Liquor Store

After an applicant or applicant group receives a license from the state alcoholic beverage commission to operate a retail liquor store pursuant to T.C.A. § 57-3-101 et seq., in the city, the applicant or applicant group shall apply to the city manager for a local liquor store privilege license to operate a retail liquor store pursuant to the terms, conditions, and restrictions in ACC 8-52 and ACC 8-53.
