Athens City Code

No provision of this chapter shall be considered or construed as in any way modifying, changing or restricting the rules and regulations governing the sale, storage, transportation, etc., or tax upon beer or other liquids with an alcoholic content of five percent or less that are regulated under ACC chapter 8-III.
