Athens City Code

1. (1) Officials. The director, park employees, and members of the city police department shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
2. (2) Ejectment. The director, any park employees, and members of the city police department shall have the authority to eject from the parks any person acting in violation of this chapter or rules and regulations promulgated hereunder.
