16-9 Abutting Occupants To Keep Sidewalks Clean, Etc.

The occupants of property abutting on a sidewalk are required to keep the sidewalk clean. Also, immediately after a snow or sleet event, such occupants are required to remove all accumulated snow and ice from the abutting sidewalk.
