16-163 Submittals Required With Abandonment Requests

Every request for the abandonment of a street or right-of-way, or any part thereof, shall be accompanied by the following information:
- (1) Copy of the official street map and copy of the current property assessor map indicating the specific parcels abutting the street or right-of-way proposed for abandonment.
- (2) Exact legal description of the portion of the street or right-of-way proposed for abandonment prepared by a registered land surveyor.
