16-12 Animals And Vehicles On Sidewalks

It is unlawful for any person to ride, lead or tie any animal or ride, push, pull or place any vehicle across or upon any sidewalk in such manner as to unreasonably interfere with or inconvenience pedestrians using the sidewalk. It shall also be unlawful for any person to knowingly allow any minor under his control to violate this section.
