The ordinance from which this policy is derived is adopted by the city council and by the city municipal/regional planning commission. Inspection and enforcement of the conditions described in this policy are the responsibility of, but not limited to, the public works director, or his designee, or the city building inspector, or other persons as designated by the city manager. Intentional or continued violation of this policy is considered a civil offense.
