Prior to receiving a certificate of occupancy, a plant installation plan shall be submitted to the building inspections office and approved containing the following information:

1. (1) Location, installation size, quantity, and scientific and common names of landscaping to be installed; and
2. (2) Spacing between trees and shrubs used for screening.

The applicant has the option of submitting both the landscape plan and the plant installation detail plan at the same time.
