13-112 Refusal To Remove

Any person who fails, neglects, or refuses to remove the abandoned, wrecked, junked, partially dismantled, or inoperative motor vehicle or house the same and abate said nuisance is accordance with the notice as provided herein shall be in violation of the provisions of this chapter and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
