Athens City Code

1. (1) When the mechanical code refers to the "chief appointing authority" or the "administrative authority," it shall be deemed to be a reference to the city manager.
2. (2) When "mechanical official" is named or referred to, it means the person appointed or designated by the city manager to administrate and enforce the provisions of the mechanical code.
