10-92 Interference With Animal Control Officer Prohibited

Any person who interferes with, hinders, molests, or intimidates the animal control officer in the performance of any duty imposed by this chapter or who seeks to release any animal in custody of the animal control officer except as hereinafter provided shall be guilty of a civil offense.
