10-62 Limit Of Three Dogs Per Household Without A Permit

Not more than three dogs shall be kept by any one household unless owner has acquired a permit from the city's public works department. The animal control officer shall review each permit request to ensure compliance of all provisions of this chapter prior to issuance of the permit.
