Overview 
The Public  Works Department is requesting t he City Council  to surplus four Pride cars and 
authorize their disposal according to established city policies. A memo from the Public Works 
Director was included in the April 13 Work Session packet.  
 
Assets to be included in the surplus: 
 
1. Asset #3426 
2. Asset #3428 
3. Asset #3430 
4. Asset #3431 
 
Following discussion during the April 13, 2026 work session, the consensus was to place this item 
on the April 21, 2026 regular session consent agenda for approval.  
 
Action to Consider 
Motion, second, and majority vote are needed to approve  the surplus of pride car equipment and 
authorize staff to dispose of these unneeded assets in accordance with established city policies.
