Overview 
A request was made to look into selling the properties located around the city-owned property 
at 1601 Palos Street  (former North City School).  
 
056C A 055.00 — Million St (turning angle improvement from Palos St onto Million Street)  
056C A 046.00 — Walthall St (stormwater)  
056C A 045.00 — Walthall St (stormwater)  
056C D 058.00 — 302 Bryson St (site of the old pool, and has certain restrictions)  
056C A 070.00 — Palos St  (parking lot – also combine parts of 072.00 & 071.00)  
056C A 072.00 — Railroad Ave (if combined with 071.00 could be sold)  
056C A 071.00 —  Railroad Ave (if combined with 072.00 could be sold)
