Because sufficient appropriated funding remains available within the construction line item to cover the 
requested am endment, a pproval of t he GS agreement amendment will not re quire any additional 
appropriation from the Capital Improvement Fund. 
 
Action Item 
Approve Amendment #2 to the professional services agreement between the City and Gresham Smith for 
additional Construction Engineering and Inspection services necessitated by the change in project scope 
on Dennis Street, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
