Councilmember Duggan asked Mayor Eaton to postpone discussion until the April 7, 2025 
Work Session. Mayor Eaton declared a postponement. No Vote.

Councilmember Sherlin moved to postpone discussion; Vice Mayor Cutis seconded.

Councilmember Pelley moved to explore the option to install a splash pad and heritage 
park; Councilmember Sherlin seconded. Councilmember Pelley started the discussion by 
supporting the idea of splash pad installations. Mayor Eaton stated that the purpose of the Parks 
and Recreation Board is to recommend. Councilmember Sherlin wants the Council to explore the
