  • The 2021 contract extension and 2024 Bid 24-01 acceptance identify no project locations, contract ceilings, task orders, invoices, payments, or completed segments in the reviewed minutes.
  • The reviewed records do not establish whether Bid 24-01 continued or replaced the earlier East Tennessee Construction Services contract.
  • The September 2022 decisions removed the proposed Athens City Middle School-to-Ivy-Lane sidewalk before approving the amended Campus Transportation Improvements design; no reviewed record shows that sidewalk later restored or built.
