2. Ratification of Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for Virginia Rock- 410 Ingleside
Avenue- for replacement of metal gutters.

Mrs. Cardin said that originally, the applicant wanted to replace the white gutters
with black gutters. However, did not want to wait for the regular monthly meeting
because they were in bad shape, and she wanted to get it done. The applicant
decided to replace the deteriorated white gutters with new white gutters which was
able to be approved by Staff.

MOTION: To ratify the Certificate of Appropriateness.

VOTE: Unanimous
MOTION PASSED

Mrs. Lenoir mentioned the brochure again and made mention about reaching out to
previous members who were assigned certain areas to see what information the

may have collected.
