Old Business There was no old business to discuss. New Business 1. Variance Request by Christian Medders for Mitch Miller for in-fill development on a parcel shown as Tax Map 056L Group C Parcel 056.00 located at 307 Hill Street and zoned R-2 Medium Density Residential District. Request is for 7-foot reduction on Hill Street. Chairperson Kite swore Mr. Medders in. Mr. Medders said the house had been torn down and they were asking for a setback variance for in-fill as requested. The original lot was 20.6 feet away from the right-of- way. The house next door is 19.6 feet, the one to north of that is 13.6. They are asking for a variance on the front setback for the in-fill. They are asking for a 23.7 variance which is 3.1 feet more than the original house was there already.
