NEW BUSINESS 
 
1. Public Comments and Final Plat  approval for Scott Underwood on property shown 
as Tax Map 057I Group D Parcels 020.00, 021.00, 022.00, & 023.00 on the Tennessee 
Real Estate Property Assessment Data Website. The  property is located on the 
corner of Hicks Street and Eastanallee Avenue and contains 1.48 acres.  The plat  is 
combining three (3) lots  into one (1) lot . 
 
The Planning Commission Approved the plat.  
 
2. Public Comments and Final Plat approval request for the City of Athens and 
William Robinson on property shown as Tax Map 065D Group B Parcels 007.00  on 
the Tennessee Real Estate Property Assessment Data Website. The subdivision is 
located on View Street and Rock Street and contains 2.87 acres.  The plat is creating 
a 30 -foot right -of-way to connect with existing sections of View Stre et and West 
View Street. The remaining 2.74-acre lot is zoned R-2 Medium Density Residential. 
 
 
The Planning Commission Approved the plat.
