Scheme B

Scheme B employs a more modern aesthetic that still harmonizes with the existing building. Through the use
of different materials, such as; wood panels, brick, split face block and fiber cement panels, the City Hall
Annex becomes more of a prominent addtion to the building. Brick is between wood panels that is followed
by the Nichiha Panels that creates more dimension and visual interest.

A higher roof above the new entry to City Hall Annex, is an homage to the main entrance of the City Hall
building and to create an emphasis of the new entry. There will be new signage on the front of the new roof

line to signify the new entry as well.
