APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of May 1, 2025, regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the May 1, 2025, regular meeting, were read and approved on
motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Jona Garrett; vote — unanimous

OLD BUSINESS

1. Discussion of historic overlay downtown

There was a discussion about a_third informational meeting with downtown
property owners. The Commissioners would like to have an out-of-town speaker

come in and do a presentation. Input was given from the citizens in attendance on
how best to gain public support and interest. The Commission decided to do further

planning before setting a date to continue the conversation.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) request for Laura Lenoir- 500 E. Madison
Avenue- for replacement of damaged siding.
