We are in the position to replace the pipe with our crews but will need to purchase the materials. Contech Engineer
Solutions has a state contract for the 48” corrugated metal pipe that is required for this project. The purchase can be
made through the Tennessee State Contract Purchasing agreement with Contech. The estimated cost for pipe materials
is $55,068.00. The cost of the materials is reimbursable through the ARPA funding because this project is part of the

original scope of work.
