SUBJECT: Stormwater Pipe Replacement Project

Stormwater Pipe that runs from Howard Street to Cleveland Avenue was inspected recently as part of information
gathering for applying for ARPA stormwater funds. It was discovered that a section of this pipe had collapsed and poses
threat of property damage if not repaired quickly. During that inspection the rest of the pipe was discovered to be in
bad condition. The pictures below show the collapse at ground level on the Howard Street side. This is located on the
property line between David and Sandra Wilkey’s property and the Athens Housing Authority property.
