APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of August 3, 2023, regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the August 3, 2023, regular meeting were read and approved on
motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Tyler Boyd; vote — unanimous

OLD BUSINESS

1. Brochure discussion

Mr. Boyd suggested they use the same printer that the museum uses for the

brochure.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Ratification of Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for Dianne Kean- 608 Ingleside
Avenue- for renewal of previously issued COA for replacement of roof.

Mrs. Cardin said Mrs. Kean came in 2020 to get a COA for a variety of work on her
residence, including a new roof. They had some issues and were not able to do it in
2020 when it was initially approved. They are now finally able to get a new roof and
since the original COA is only good for 18 months, it needed to be renewed. She
showed them the original COA. One of the items, #3, was replacement of the current
roof with proposed architectural shingles. Staff, according to the Guidelines, can
renew a COA that has not had any changes. They only renewed the roof part of the
