Board Member Curtis moved to approve the Minutes of December 16, 2025, as presented;
Board Member Duggan seconded.

Board Member Sherlin moved to revoke the beer permit. Board Member Duggan seconded
the motion. Board Member Sherlin subsequently withdrew the motion.

Board Member Sherlin then moved to accept the voluntary surrender of the beer permit.
Board Member Curtis seconded the motion.
