APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approval of the October 30, 2023 work session minutes

The minutes of the October 30, 2023, work session were approved on motion by Eric
Newberry; seconded by Janice Hardaway; vote — unanimous.

2. Approval of the October 2, 2023 regular minutes

The minutes of the October 2, 2023, regular meeting minutes were approved on motion
by Frances Witt-McMahan; seconded by John Proffitt; vote — unanimous.

OLD BUSINESS

There was no old business to discuss.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Public Comments and Final Plat approval request for Brian McKinney on property
shown as Tax Map 056N Group A Parcels 015.00, 015.01 and 015.02 on the Tennessee
Real Estate Property Assessment Data Website. The 3.29-acre subdivision is located on
Frye Street zoned B-1 Local Business and is combining three (3) lots into one.

Mr. Medders said it was the same as when they first. discussed it. All the signatures are on
the plat. They are abandoning the property lines and combining them into one piece.
