APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of February 2, 2023 regular meeting minutes

The minutes of the February 2, 2023, regular meeting were read and approved on
motion by Laura Lenoir; seconded by Jona Garreit; vate - unanimous

OLD BUSINESS

1. Brochure discussion

Mrs. Cardin said Mrs. Lenoir emailed her some information about houses that were

in Ms. Garrett and Mr. Curtis’ section, so she forwarded it to each of them.

Mrs. Lenoir had a copy from when they first laid out the Ingleside District. She said
Mrs. Cardin is going to copy it and make it available to the other Commissioners.
They had lots identified by letters and numbers. It gives the name of W.D Henderson

who was trustee of that group.

Mrs. Cardin explained to Mrs. Guffey about the brochure and which houses were

assigned to her (marked in purple on the man). They split them up evenly.

Mrs. Lenoir explained to her haw to go to the courthouse and get the information
on deeds. She talked about city directories and census reports.
