SCHEDULE 
 
Once given notice to proceed, Kimley-Horn will complete the services listed in Tasks 1 –11 based upon 
a schedule to be mutually determined by Client and Consultant. 
 
FEE AND BILLING 
 
Kimley-Horn will perform the services described in Tasks 1 through 11 for the total lump sum fee below.  
 
Task 1 – Project Management $15,100 
Task 2 – Existing Conditions Survey $50,800 
Task 3 – Environmental Studies $17,400 
Task 4 – Conceptual Design Services $9,500 
Task 5 – Right-of-Way Design Services $86,100 
Task 6 – Right-of-Way Acquisition Services TBD 
Task 7 – Final Design Services $60,900 
Task 8 – Environmental Permitting $9,700 
Task 9 – Utility Coordination $10,200 
Task 10 – Bid Phase Services $18,500 
Task 11 – Construction Phase Services $16,100 
 
Tasks Total Lump Sum: $294,300 
 
Individual task amounts are provided for budgeting purposes only. Kimley-Horn reserves the right to 
reallocate amounts among tasks as necessary.  
 
Kimley-Horn will perform the services described in Additional Services on a labor fee plus expense 
basis. Effort associated with Additional Services will not be performed without authorization from the 
City. 
 
Fees and expenses will be invoiced monthly based, as applicable, upon the percentage of services 
performed or actual services performed and expenses incurred as of the invoice date. Payment will be 
due within 30 days of your receipt of the invoice.
