Mr. Burchfield, January 26, 2026, Page 9 kimley-horn.com 10 Lea Avenue, Suite 400, Nashville, TN 37210 615 564 2701 Task 11 – Construction Phase Services Kimley-Horn will provide limited Construction Support Services for the Client and will provide the appropriate office staff required to assist the Client as outlined in the subtasks below. It is assumed that there will be one (1) construction contract for the entire project and that the construction phase of this project will have a 6-month duration. Task 11.1 – Shop Drawings and Submittals Kimley-Horn will review and approve or take other appropriate action with respect to Shop Drawings and Submittals, but only for conformance with the Contract Documents. Such review and approvals or other actions will not extend to means, methods, techniques, equipment choice and usage, sequences, schedules or procedures of construction or to related safety precautions and programs. A maximum amount of ten (10) submittals is assumed for this task. Task 11.2 – Requests for Information (RFIs) Kimley-Horn will respond to Contractor Requests for Information (RFIs) and provide periodic on -site visits to address construction issues as directed by the Client. These efforts will consist of preparation and documentation time associated with each activity. A maximum amount of five (5) RFIs is assumed for this task. Task 11.3 – Minor Design Modifications Kimley-Horn staff will evaluate requests for minor design modifications initiated either by the Client or the Contractor. If appropriate, Kimley-Horn will prepare minor design addenda to document and clarify resulting contract change orders. A maximum amount of three (3) minor design revisions is assumed for this task. A defined scope and fee estimate for additional construction phase services tasks listed below will be added for this task at a later date during the final design phase. Additional Services Any services not specifically provided for in the above scope, as well as any changes in the scope the Client requests, will be considered Additional Services and will be performed at our then current hourly rates. Additional Services Kimley-Horn can provide include, but are not limited to, the following: ▪ Pre-Construction and Pre-Erosion Conference ▪ Project Administration ▪ Construction Phase Utility Coordination ▪ Supplemental Agreements and Change Orders ▪ Quality Assurance, Materials Testing, and Geotechnical Consultation ▪ Progress Payments ▪ Distribution of Correspondence ▪ Observation of Work ▪ Additional traffic data collection ▪ Additional traffic engineering analyses 64
