Kimley-Horn will provide a stormwater treatment design which will be shown in the preliminary grading plan and summarized in the preliminary Hydrology Report. Task 1.5 Deliverables • Preliminary Hydrology Report. Task 2 – Geotechnical Evaluation Kimley-Horn will coordinate with industry partner(s) to provide geotechnical sampling and testing to determine pavement design recommendations and suitability for treating stormwater through on-site infiltration. Geotechnical sampling and testing will be performed following Task 1.2 - Schematic Design. Task 2 Deliverables • Geotechnical report with subgrade and pavement recommendations as well as infiltration data. Task 3 – Submittal Plan Set for Client Review K imley-Horn will advance the Preliminary Plans established in Task 1 to a permitting plan set and provide an Opinion of Probable Cost (OPC) based on design. Task 3.1 – Civil Engineering Submittal Plans Kimley-Horn will advance the Preliminary Plans to a Submittal Set. Design advancement will be based on client feedback from the Preliminary Plan Set provided in Task 1. It is understood that the Client will perform plan review as progress plan sets are provided. Email of the Submittal Plan Set to the Client will constitute plan submittal. Task 3.2 – Stormwater Design and Hydrology Report Kimley-Horn will provide stormwater design and a hydrology report for the site. Stormwater model results will be included in the Hydrology Report. The stormwater design will be included in grading plans and details. Task 3.3 – Landscape Plans Kimley-Horn will prepare code minimum Landscape Plan s in accordance with city of Athens code requirements. Task 3.4 – Electrical Power Connectivity Plans Upon receiving consolidated Preliminary Plan Set comments from the Client, Kimley-Horn will prepare and submit final electrical power connectivity design plans including: • Horizontal layout of conduits, junction boxes, distribution panels, and electrical service locations to support electrical service connection to the proposed equipment. • Electrical plan notes. • Conductor and conduit sizing. • Circuit identification. 40
