Ingleside Park 
• Prepare concept plan with potential changes at pool, skate park, existing building, and 
immediately adjacent to tennis courts. (note: plans exist for recent construction, as 
well as additional courts which were bid but not constructed)
 
• Include OPC for improvements 
• Pool needs to be examined closely during Task 3.2 to determine whether 
replacement/expansion at this site or construction at another site is appropriate
 
• Potential additions include tennis and/or pickleball court and replacement of existing 
building.
 
Wetlands Trail

Prof Powers Park

• Many facilities need to be updated if they are to remain 
Eureka Trail 
• Prepare concept plan with greater detail based on the Bike & Ped Masterplan 
• Review and update OPC from Bike & Ped Masterplan 
• Prepare additional OPC for other proposed extensions, limited additional amenities 
Eco Park 
• Prepare concept plan 
• Include OPC for planned improvements which would be limited due to land availability, 
however lighting upgrades may be identified 
Regional Park 
• Prepare concept plan based on existing concepts, but 12 acre addition may need major 
updates. 
• Conference center not to be included unless the location is chosen for a future 
community center 
• Include OPC which will mostly be associated with upgrading existing amenities such as 
converting fields to turf or adding lights to existing fields, as identified in the above 
Tasks
 
• Newly acquired 12 acres will be the primary location of new facilities though the 
potential is limited due to topography
 
North City School Site 
• Prepare concept plan, site has significant development potential and may include a 
new pool or community center based on evaluation and public input
 
• Include OPC
