The report will consist of graphics, tabular formats where feasible, and summary text that documents the process of the plan development. The plan will consist of the following sections: • Executive Summary • Community Involvement • Demographic Analysis • Facility Analysis and Recommendations • Program Assessment • Implementation Plan • Conclusion A draft plan document will be submitted to City staff for review and comment for a thirty (30) day review period. Once a consolidated set of comments are received from the City, Kimley-Horn will address these comments and revise the document. The final document will then be submitted to the City in digital PDF format. Task 7 – Proposed Site Concepts Kimley-Horn will prepare a high-level schematic concept plan for each city park as outlined below, along with a rough order of magnitude opinion of probable cost for planned or projected site improvements. Upon review, the Client will provide a consolidated list of revisions. Kimley-Horn will make one (1) round of revisions to create the final concept plans as part of the Master Plan. Market Park • Use existing Park Master Plan and OPC (developed by Kimley-Horn) Knight Park • Prepare a concept plan, maintaining the existing roadway configuration while improving pedestrian and mobility options in and around the park. • Include OPC for planned improvements which would be limited due to land availability Veterans Park • Prepare concept plan, predominantly as-built conditions, no new facilities anticipated, but may include Eureka Trail Connector • Include OPC Cook Park 24
