Dear Mr. Helms: 
 
On June 25 at 3:00 p.m., bids for the referenced project were publicly opened and read 
aloud in the City of Athens Conference Room.  Three bids were received for the project. 
 
Wilson Construction Group, LLC. $571,954.55 
Adams Contracting, LLC.   $697,488.85 
Cadence Consulting, LLC.  $727,273.76 
 
Attached is the bidders Bid Tabulation for the above referenced project with the 
Engineer’s estimate and the bid packets submitted by the bidders. 
 
Gresham Smith has reviewed the bid for this project and recommends that the bid by 
Wilson Construction Group, LLC. be awarded with the lowest responsive bid of 
$571,954.55.
