1. Ratification of Certificate of Appropriateness- 510 E. Madison Avenue- for removal 
of two damaged trees at the rear of the property. 
 
2. Certificate of Appropriateness request- 608 Ingleside Avenue- for replacement of 
deteriorated siding and fascia. Siding and trim will also be sanded and repainted.
