We will provide our services as expeditiously as practicable with the goal of meeting a mutually agreed 
upon schedule that meets the TDOT grant schedule requirements. 
 
FEE AND EXPENSES 
 
Kimley-Horn will perform the services in Tasks 1 through 4 for the total lump sum fee as summarized below. 
PE-NEPA 
Task 1 – Project Management $3,500 
Task 2 – Existing Conditions Survey $36,800 
Task 3 – NEPA Documentation $59,200 
Task 4 – Preliminary Design Services $28,300 
PE-NEPA total:       $127,800 
 
Individual task amounts are provided for budgeting purposes only. Kimley -Horn reserves the right to 
reallocate amounts among tasks as necessary. Lump sum fees will be invoiced monthly based upon the 
overall percentage of services performed. All permitting,  application, and similar project fees will be paid 
directly by the Client. Payment will be due within 25 days of your receipt of the invoice.
