Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (“Kimley-Horn” or “Consultant”) is pleased to submit this scope of services 
for providing PE-NEPA phase services for the preliminary design and NEPA document preparation for the

Project Description: 
The project will consist of planning and preliminary design and Environmental (NEPA)  services for the 
construction of sidewalks, bike lanes, pedestrian crossing improvements, complete streets and ADA 
improvements along Green Street between Highland Avenue to Sunset Drive, including portions of East 
Madison Avenue and Eastanallee Avenue.
